Having started his career in IT in 2001, Mihai has managed IT departments for a large variety of SMEs and Large Companies in demanding industries (Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Tourism etc.). A strong passion for Hospitality has determined a complete focus on this domain for the past 17 years, having led IT departments within hotel chains of various sizes and more recently having the Area IT Director role for Northern & Western Europe within Radisson Hotel Group.
His main approach is to approach IT in a holistic way, making sure business goals are consistently delivered while leveraging a balance of methodologies, frameworks and processes. He has extensive expertise in implementing tech solutions within Hospitality and providing tailored IT Services for Hospitality companies.
Mihai holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and various industry specific certifications (Prince2, ITIL v4, DevOps & AIOps Foundations).
